This session will go over what it means to incorporate and all that is involved, (hint...it's much less intimidating than you think) along with some pointers and things to think about when creating a new business. There will also be some helpful advice regarding the importance of protecting yourself and your business with a written contract.

Driven by the belief that our “why” should serve simultaneously as our proverbial “North Star and fuel for our journey,” listeners will learn about strategies for intentionally leveraging the motivating factors in our lives that can guide and sustain our work. Furthermore, the keynote will address how to navigate those moments when we may need to recalibrate or re-route while on our journeys, and provides a case for support that validates the time we need to visit “rest stops” as well as making time for some “sight-seeing” along the way.
